Soup Kitchen

Our Soup Kitchen started in our Catford branch after a pop-up soup kitchen was run for one day during the Christmas Week of 2016.

The overwhelming success of that event meant we were compelled to make the initiative a regular occurrence, and in 2017 we officially opened the Soup Kitchen with the aim of helping the homeless in the local area as well as anyone else who was in need of a hot meal and food provisions.

Since then, we have welcomed people of all backgrounds within that local community onto our premises to enjoy a light meal of soup and bread on a weekly basis.

The total attendance of all branches in August 2021 was 2,957 people, no one is turned away and we try our utmost best to help everyone who walks through our doors. Our Soup Kitchens and Food Banks open from 11am to 1pm every Saturday, with locations  all over the country.

Our volunteers dedicate a few hours of their time every Saturday, all in order to spread positivity and hope amongst those who may need it the most. They are dedicated to going above and beyond to put a smile on people’s faces.

If you know anyone that may need our help, please let them know about our services, and if you have any further questions or would like to help with donations, please feel free to call or WhatsApp our 24-hour Helpline on 020 7686 6000.

You CAN make a difference too!
